Two amendments passed:  



Amendment #1

Officer duties and responsibilities will be managed by current members as a group through committees as needed in the event of office vacancies.  Approved by member vote on 4/3/2015

Ammendment #2

Student dues are voluntary, and must be deposited in to the pantry account to be used solely to support the club’s mission.  Approved by member vote on 4/3/2015.

WED Sept 17. Minutes...Meeting 5

Pantry mtg agenda:

Introductions -  we said hello.

Emails/attendance-  Brittany, Thali, Rumbo, Meredith, Joyce, Eric.

Officer reports-  No officers were in attendance.

New officer elections-  Yes.  Treasurer/Secretary. 

Supplies and bags-  Rain and paper don't mix well.

For the good of the order-  Get rid of random food and distribute-  next meeting.  

Any other business-  Changing the constitution of the club to make it a service learning opportunity.

Action items-  Email about next meeting.  First Wed in October, 2:00 pm.

Minutes from Meeting 4



Pantry minutes from 9-5-2014

Sign in, introductions-  Perla, Amanda, Rob, Bob, Eric, Anthony, Junior, Cheyenne, Zach.
Members of the Board introductions.
In any order:
New bags-  We completed and delivered 50 bags.   We’ll need more water and granola bars for next meeting, and all in attendance agreed to find/bring som.
Advertising-  Approved a flyer for the digital signs around campus and Rob sent Eric the previous flyer to be approved an posted around campus.
Donations-  we discussed raising money and using money from our account for the bus fund.  Still don’t know how to deposit or use our account.
Money and deposits-  Eric is looking into this.
Change jars-  idea was approved by member, now, how to go about doing it?
Media Presence-  flyers are enough, for now.
Blog- is updated with minutes
Meeting days to Thursday?  More students on campus.  1-2 pm-  approved possibly.  New dates will be on the blog and emailed.
May need to have emergency elections, discussed making the club a part of a class.

PC Pantry Club Meeting Agenda-

1.    Welcome- Call to Order.

3.  Mission Statement.



Proper nutrition is essential to college success.  Students who are experiencing the effects of hunger during class are less likely to be successful on tests and other assignments.  This club aims to provide provisions intended to assist students who are in dire financial need to maintain nutrition in times of hardship.  The club shares the values of student service and action through volunteerism, and advisors and members will not discriminate on the grounds of age, culture, disability, marital status, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
